-Jackie Smith, Former St. Louis Cardinals & Dallas Cowboys Tight End
Our veterans deserve this. They need this.
If you were alive during the Vietnam War, then you already know how difficult this time was for our nation, let alone our soldiers returning home.
While America has come a long way since that troubling time, our veterans are still struggling.
Jackie Smith joined our cause because he recognizes the need for veterans to have easy access to a place created in their honor, a place where they’ll know their sacrifice is acknowledged and appreciated, a place where they can find hope.
“I am completely humbled and honored to have been asked to get involved. I take great pride in this opportunity to show my utmost respect, honor and reflect on those who serve, are serving and have served.”
Your gift has the power to sustain our organization, allowing us to provide more opportunities for veterans to connect and heal. While Missouri’s National Veterans Memorial is nearing completion, our work is just beginning.
Visit Missouri’s National Veterans Memorial and feel firsthand the power of reflection that comes from honoring our veterans.
Plan Your Trip
With your support, we can let veterans know we’re here for them.
We need community members to welcome visitors, care for the grounds, perform daily tasks and help us during events.
Share a post on Facebook or Twitter about how important this project is to you. Or write an email to a friend or family member letting them know of the project. Even if you cannot give a monetary gift, spreading the word about our project will help us reach more veterans.
